SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, be sure to use code FreeShip100 at checkout. It is important to note that some products are "made to order" coming from a secondary site. Pub Bench does not control speed of shipment from the warehouse on those orders. If you have questions regarding your shipment, please email us and include the order # in the subject line. Orders will be sent to production 24 hours after purchasing, and will be delivered within 10 business days.
RETURNS
How It Works

Memorabilia Return: if the product is damaged or misrepresented, you may return it for a full refund (once the item is received back by Pub Bench, less return shipping fees). Contact us prior to return shipment so we may assess and assist. Refunds will not be issued without prior communication.

Merchandise Return: custom orders (unless damaged) will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for verifying spelling. Non-custom orders will be eligible for exchange if the product arrives damaged or misrepresented. We want our customers happy with their purchases, and will do everything we can to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
